Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Aphelios is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@aphelios.com and we will do our best to assist.
